Director dealings: Everyman Media director raises stake

Everyman Media revealed on Friday that executive director Adam Kaye had acquired 2.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cinema group.

Kaye, who joined Everyman in 2015, purchased the sahres on Wednesday at an average price of 24.5p each, for a total price of £490,000.

Following the transaction, Kaye has a beneficial interest in 7.45m ordinary Everyman shares, representing approximately 8.17% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1525 GMT, Everyman shares were up 8.49% at 26.58p.
